A definition of art can be "the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power."

Our human voices requires the presence of others in order to feel heard. Effective communication still more requires the quality of genuinely listening, talking back, and the asking of fitting questions for clearer and best clarification and understanding in order to make the human interaction meaningful and successful. Misunderstood, one incurs personal and social consequences.

Today, more and more, time for meaningful communication that satisfies the soul is outstandingly absent.

Instead of talking and communicating face to face, there is the cellphone and silent talking called texting.

The absence of voice and lack of time in the presence of the other causes great social ills. Being incorrectly understood, and unheard literally, void of emotions expressed in an orderly sequences creates rather, gossip, innuendo and builds blockages all contrary to meaningful healthy relationships.

Humans, to feel fully alive need to be heard, each person requires to express themselves, each person needs to talk and needs to be understood through empathy and human acknowledgement.

Unfortunately in our day and age still, humanity continues to goes unheard, unacknowledged and misunderstood.

We do not need 5G or a bigger TV screen. We need to shut off all our toys and face one another again and talk and act as humans do. Human enough to forgive and to love even when we do not get our way.

God is the Master creator. God too communicate with us, through His Word and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

But how well do we listen and understand Him and His Word?

Art is used as a medium to express and evoke emotion, to tell a message or idea.

Art expresses a voice without a thousand words.

Words which the artist never gets to say with voice but rather in the image of her mind onto the canvas leaves the viewers imagination time to ponder and reflect.

Think of timeless works of art which depict Biblical scenes.These scenes tell a story and message for the receiver to learn and gain insight from.

Anyone can create art because each of us has a story to tell. Creating a meal in the kitchen, or in the studio, or at a desk drawing.

Art is the action of using material to form images which reflect our thoughts. Great works of art, are valued and appreciated for their beauty. and detail of thought and detail of work.But there is always the work and the story which too often goes unexplained or forgotten.

Not all thoughts are equal. Some are disturbing and evil, and some bright and hopeful.

The differences. between quality of thoughts and works expressed show intent and value.

Dark or Bright, evil or good. Lesson or ego

Meaning what is the intent of the work? Does it make us think to do better, does the work inspire us or angers us?

Does the work display the nature of mankind?

Inspiration gets us moving in the morning and gives us a direction.

Art is a voice in color and form talking to our silent mind a story to ponder..Humans require being heard to feel fully human and, not all expression is clear and dry.

Today with so many forms of silent communication void of artistic components of color, meaning or struggle, the medium then is all but a silent emptiness.

When we come across a work of art. A handbag that is beautiful or a meal that is delicious we often do not acknowledge that what is being offered took time to create.

But in itself the meal or the handbag is beautiful and the beauty was in the materials chosen and the sweat,and toil taken by human effort to create it and bring it into essence.Think of the Lamborghini car that was created painstakingly by hand.

In creation and in creating there is constant communication with oneself and with its medium. Conversations of which decision and truths will bring about the desired end into existence, to be enjoyed and useful for others.

Decisions and precautions to protect and save the created from demise and ills.

Hopefully each human creates in the same way. To protect, and save from demise and ills.

God gave us color, He gave us form and function and design to satisfy the human longing for truth and beauty.God wants to communicate with us. He as well needs time and our attention for learning, understanding and comprehension. time for contemplation and reflecting His message to us all.

"But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit."
